Last minute card!

Me again! Two posts in one day! I had entered a clean and simple card into The Paper Players' Challenge #425 and then discovered afterwards there was a theme which I'd missed so I deleted it and made this card instead!

I love this cute wee reindeer and tree from My Favourite Things.
Thank you for visiting today,

Thinking of you colour and sketch

Hi there!
Today I'd like to share a card with you that I have made for two challenges. I was a bit out of my comfort zone with the sketch but I actually really enjoyed the look at the end and I'm very pleased with it. I wouldn't personally have ever put these three colours together either but I'm really happy with the result. I made this card with a friend in mind who fell last week and broke a bone in her arm.

I'm entering this card into the following two challenges:

Less is More - #387 Sketch 25
Colour Throwdown - #527 Navy blue, green and grey (I used Night of Navy, Mossy Meadow and Smoky Slate)

Just pastels and friends

Hi again folks! I made another quick card for a few challenges and one is due in tomorrow so I thought I should post it now!
Now that I'm doing card challenges again, I've got my mojo back and I'm being inspired in ways that I haven't been in a long time. I'm really glad to be back to cardmaking and blogging.
I've used a My Favourite Things sentiment and another Concord and 9th Turnabout stamp. I enjoyed making this card although it took me a while trying to get the turnabout stamp working just right.

I'm entering this card into the following challenges:
Addicted to CAS - FRIENDS
Just Us Girls - #471 Pastel colours
Daring Card Makers - Just Stamping

Pink and grey flowers

Hi there!

I have a couple of cards to share today, both for the same colour challenge but using different shades and getting a completely different look.
This first card was made using Pink Pirouette, Smoky Slate, Primrose Petals and Melon Mambo although these last two colours look very similar. The stamp is a turnabout stamp from Concord and 9th and the sentiment is from My Favourite Things.

I am entering this card into:
The Flower Challenge - Pink and Grey
CASology - SMILE

This card was made using Primrose Petals, Petal Pink, Granite Grey and Smoky Slate.  I think the Granite Grey has a slight green tinge but I really like it and the Petal Pink doesn't look like Pink to me but a very light coral but still lovely.

Thank you for visiting today.

A heart of flowers

Hi there
I have created two cards for this blogpost, both clean and simple. The first one is a gorgeous floral heart which I coloured in with Stampin' Write markers. I also used Calypso Coral card as my mat. The sentiment is one from a very long time ago that I got in the USA.

I am entering this card into two challenges:
The Paper Players - #425 Clean and Simple
AAA Cards - Use up to one third of the space

My second card is for another two challenges and to get my 2019 Christmas cards started! I sponged some ink around the outside of the sentiment and added a couple of little embossed swirls.

I'm entering this card into:
CAS Christmas Card Challenge - Blue and silver - I've used Soft Sky (Stampin' Up!) which looks more like green but it's definitely blue!
Christmas Card Throwdown - "Silent Night" (Taylored Expressions)

Clean and Simple thank you banner

Hi there, I'm back after being missing in action for a while.

Today, I have a Clean and Simple card to share which I'm entering into Addicted to Stamps and more.

I coloured the L'il Inkers banner in with Promarkers and popped it up using some foam. I love this little image as it's so versatile and any sentiment can be added to it.
